The Kunstverein Schwerin offers the possibility of an internship.
Are you studying art history / art studies / cultural studies, or have your studies in these subjects already completed, or do you have practical work experiences in the cultural field, which can be brought into a Kunstverein? Then apply!
The Kunstverein Schwerin is a young art association that celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2022. Its mission is to present national and international positions, as well as a regional link to contemporary art. The Kunstverein is centrally located, with its exhibitions at the KUNSTHALLE im E-Werk.
The internship should cover at least a period of eight weeks, but individual arrangements are possible. A minimum of 3 days per week is required.
You will get comprehensive insights into the work areas of the Kunstverein: exhibition conceptualization and implementation, press and public relations, as well as art relocation.
Candidates should be characterized by a great interest in the art of the present, and have strong communicative and linguistic abilities. Good Excel and WordPress skills are desirable.
